Parking

A 200-space Park & Ride lot is available for free to patrons using the Santa Clara/Great America Amtrak Station. Located at the south end of Stars and Stripes Drive, this Park & Ride lot allows passengers to park overnight and on weekends for up to 72 hours. From 6am-11pm on-street parking is still available along Stars and Stripes Drive east of Centennial Boulevard, however, starting July 1, 2007 overnight on-street parking will no longer be available.

The Santa Clara/Great America Park & Ride lot was built as a cooperative effort by the City of Santa Clara, the Capitol Corridor and VTA.

Paramount's Great America

As Northern California's largest family attraction, Paramount's Great America in Santa Clara is a 100-acre theme park, offering the Bay Area's best collection of heart-pounding thrill rides and live, dazzling stage shows.

Take the train to the Santa Clara/Great America Station and walk about a 1/3 mile distance (a short 15-minute walk) to the entrance gates of the park.
