The CCJPA submits an annual Business Plan update to the State of California Department of Business, Transportation and Housing.
As the policy body that oversees the Capitol Corridor intercity train service (Auburn-Sacramento-Davis-Suisun/Fairfield-Martinez-Emeryville/San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose), the Capitol Corridor Joint Powers Authority (CCJPA) Board of Directors released its business plan for FY 2011--13 on January 18, 2011 for public review and comment.
